Au Ptit Chalet brings the spirit of the Savoie straight to the festival. Melted cheese flows generously over comforting raclette bowls and sandwiches. Fall for the truffled raclette bowl and its delicate aroma, or stick with the hearty classic. There's a veggie version too. Back after September 2025, this Alpine indulgence warms the heart as much as the appetite.

How it started
We have had the food truck for two years now. Before going into this full time we were already working private and public events with our own equipment, but under a marquee, which meant a great deal of hauling about. Since we have had the food truck we can widen our range, everything is far better organised, and having our kitchen on wheels is much simpler. On top of that we were able to fit it out in our own image, which lets us stand apart.
Where their produce comes from
We work with two producers from Savoie: the Mercier dairy for our cheeses and the Pelizzari curing house for our charcuterie. On the road we work with bakers who keep the craft alive. For everything else we favour short supply chains and seasonal produce.
What they suggest you try first
We would of course point you to the raclette sandwich. At first glance it may seem ordinary, but once you have tasted it you will think of it every time you hear the word raclette… A good traditional baguette, fine charcuterie chosen with care and a generous IGP raclette cheese, with a taste that wins people over every time! You will find a wide range for every taste; we will let you discover the rest for yourself.
