At Burger Solidaire, every burger has a heart. The meat and produce come from short local supply chains, sourced in bulk from nearby producers for an honest, authentic taste. How it started
The concept started in 2021 in Namur, after Gioacchino and Sébastien met and the sparks flew. One works in the social sector, the other is a cook, and that did not stop them from becoming friends quickly. Both being passionate, they wanted to bring together their values and their skills to offer burgers made with good local produce, keeping a tasty, generous flavour and taking care over the origin and the quality of the products. Their vision: food that is good quality and good for your health should be within reach of everyone! It started with sales at village festivities in Sart-Bernard, and then very quickly, given the general enthusiasm, they decided to go for it by investing in a food truck and creating a concept true to their shared value — solidarity with people in precarious situations: for every 10 burgers sold, one burger is given to someone in need! 🌱
Where their produce comes from
In solidarity with local producers, our products come from the Namur region: la Bouch'Bio for the meat (100% from the Ardennes), la Ferme Crevits for the cheese, and local co-ops for the vegetarian burger and the freshly bought raw vegetables (OneLove Coop' and Paysans-Artisans). The sauces are homemade. 💛

Our burgers are all built on a common base.
For a first go, try the Classique, with its generous 100% Ardennes beef, its seasonal raw vegetables and its homemade sauce. The quality of the ingredients makes the taste authentic and so full of flavour! 🍔 (and for the vegetarian, the Curry works the same way, with a patty from the OneLove co-op, plenty of love inside 💗).
And if you liked it, the next one comes with a slice of bacon or extra cheese, for a little more indulgence and flavours that are always exquisite. 😋
If you are more of a cheese person, do go for the Double Cheese, with its local cheese that will melt you with pleasure… 🧀 !
