El Chiringito takes you across Latin America: empanadas with chicken or beef in golden, crisp pastry, maduro con queso — fried plantain with cheese — and the sandwich latino with Colombian sausage. The house speciality is the pokebowl latino: a potato cake or Latin fried rice, red beans in sauce and fried plantain, then pork chicharrón, chicken, fish or Colombian sausage, and on top pico de gallo, avocado and jalapeños. Homemade sauces and cold drinks to go with it.
