How it started
Since 2024 we have been running our own place in the heart of Ghent, called Toasty! We specialise above all in Korean sandwiches, and so we also sell a lot of Asian snacks! We have been open two years now, and there was so much demand for us in more places that we took it further: since the start of this year we have launched our own food truck!
Where their produce comes from
Our products are mostly made by us. We sell thick-sliced brioche bread filled with various meats, prawn or a vegetarian option. One of the dishes we do is the Beef Bulgogi: the beef is marinated by us, Korean style. The Ms. Chicken is also made and pulled by us. The snacks are usually homemade too, like the corn dogs and the kimchi pancakes.
